Inductive energy transfer

The MOVITRANS system from SEW-EURODRIVE, operates in accordance with the principle of inductive energy transfer. In this system, electricity is transferred without contact from a fixed conductor to one or more moving parts. Electromagnetic coupling is carried out through vacuum and does not wear out, making maintenance unnecessary.
The MOVITRANS® system is ideal when equipment must cover long distances at high speeds and maintenance should be avoided. It is also suitable for applications in sensitive, humid environment.
