The tool through which the company implements, controls and adjusts, whenever necessary, its Quality Policy is the Quality System that it has developed and implemented. The validity and recognition of the Quality System is achieved through its certification by an Independent Certification Body in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
For the implementation of the Quality Policy, CHR. BOZNOS AND SON SA considers it necessary to actively participate in the implementation, development and documentation of all processes provided for in the Quality System. All employees in the company contribute to the effective implementation of the quality system and its improvement.
